Summer Education Sessions at Lightwater Country Park 😊
🐠Fishing sessions - Beginner taster session for fishing at Hammonds Pond. All equipment supplied. £30 per session.
Ages 8+ Any young fishers aged 13-16 are required by the Environment Agency to have a rod licence (free for this age bracket) via the gov.uk website (https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence) and present the licence / licence number on the day. Under 13s not required to do so. All children to be accompanied by an adult, please bring foldable chairs to fish in comfort.
🐞Mini Beast Hunt
Ages 8+ Come along and discover the hidden world of mini beasts and learn about nature on your doorstep. All equipment supplied. £3.50 per session.
There is a cafe and toilets on site.
