⚠️Change of venue for consultation drop in exhibition event tomorrow (Tues 6 Sept).
The planned event as part of our Draft Local Plan Consultation - Additional site allocations for Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople accommodation - will now take place at Lightwater Leisure Centre, GU18 5RG, from 2-7pm.
The event had been due to take place at Windlesham Field of Remembrance (FoR), but due to the weather forecast for heavy rain and thunderstorms, and the lack of available indoor space at the FoR, it has been relocated indoors to Lightwater Leisure Centre.
This decision has been made to ensure the safety and comfort of both residents and staff members during the event.
Planning Officers will be available at the event to answer your questions about the local plan and the proposed site allocations.
